Douglas County Development

Hi neighbors,

I have been learning a lot about business development in Douglas County. Here are a few quotes and links that show that we live in an area full of growth potential. This means that the location of our homes is ideal. With that in mind, think about all factors when making decisions about your home. Below are some highlights that I found.

“Yet another project for the increasingly popular Douglas County”…

“The chosen site, in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, is home to a number of major operators including Google, who invested in a $300m expansion of its campus in 2016, as well as being the chosen location for Switch’s mega campus, ‘The Keep,’ announced last year, and of CyrusOne’s projected three data centers totaling 440,000 sq ft (40,900 sq m) of technical space.”
