After 20+ years with no attention you could not even see the end of the pipes. The HOA and homeowners have responsibility to keep these clear. Regular weed whacking and keeping debris out is part of regular homeowner yard maintenance. The HOA is responsible to make sure, with annual inspections, that it is dugout so that water can flow and responsible to coordinate Water & Sewer Authority inspections every few years. So if you have one and you want to beautify around it … go ahead.

It is time to vote for the next Board of Directors and the Annual Meeting is approaching. Check your email for details.

WSA has completed their inspection. Outlets at 5 homes need attention. The HOA will complete this work in coming weeks.

WSA Storm water facility maintenance: The HOA has contacted WSA (Water and Sewer Authority) and requested inspection and service, if needed, for the stormwater catch basins and pipes in our community.
The work order has been submitted and you may see WSA workers when they begin this work.  We have been informed that the work should be completed, at the latest, by early September.

February is the month of the Doorbell!

Look at this doorbell! Yuck! Let’s fix them this month!

It is heartbreaking when a homeowner goes down a path that gets them involved with the lawyers. Legal fees sky-rocket and eventually your house is at risk.

Once your account goes to legal the HOA does not control those costs nor does it benefit from the fees you will pay… one way or the other…. or the time spent in court.

We are doing everything we can to help homeowners not go there … so please do not go there. The way HOA fees go, $200 great.

If you have not verified or updated your contact information, please email us with your  NameAddress: email address: Cell phone number:   Our email address is wrphoa.email@gmail.com.

Happy New Year! WRP Holiday Team.

Thank you to all the neighbors that came out to help install the Christmas decorations on November 24th. We appreciate you and your efforts.

Want to help in the neighborhood. Make sure we have your contact information. Phone and email!

Communications! There are 92 homes in our community. We only have 30% of the homeowner email addresses. It is important that we know your email address. Why? Well, for one reason, you will have access to the Community Portal where you can manage your account. Second, you will receive occasional emails from our HOA about the status. Third, we all can save some money on postage. Fourth, well it is just good to stay in touch. Please give us your email address… phone too, if you would.

Committees! In coming months we would like to build strong committees to assist in identifying maintenance issues, landscaping ideas, community activities, etc. If you are interested in being considered, fill out an interest survey. How might your interests and skills serve the community?
